Exponential growth puts the squeeze on inadequate accounting software

Creative Dining had grown to serve over 70 clients across 12 states, but its accounting practices didn’t match the caliber of its customer-centric food service offerings. With Sage Intacct, Creative Dining has been able to eliminate 350 hours a week of manual data entry by staff at the 70 client locations, which gives them new time to focus on front-of-house customer service and culinary support. On top of those savings, the company has been able to reduce the finance team from five to four individuals.
